Danbury Senior Living Broadview Heights Cheryl Scott DePriest, Executive Director

With 15 years’ experience dedicated to senior living, Scott DePriest began his vocation as a Director of Environmental Services and Building Safety. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from Malone University, he became a licensed nursing home administrator and certified dementia practitioner. Scott has a great passion for creating an atmosphere that fosters positive energy, "life" and lasting memories for residents, family members and staff. He and his wife, Darlene, reside in North Canton and are the proud parents (and grandparents) of three children and two grandchildren, with one more on the way! In his spare time, Scott is an avid golfer.

Danbury Senior Living Broadview Heights Cheryl Cheryl McCallum, Sales and Marketing Director

Cheryl is a local girl, the oldest of six and understands family. With a passion for educating families on the benefits of senior living services and amenities, she has worked in senior living for nine years and witnessed the positive outcomes of personalized services for seniors. Cheryl is always ready to assist residents, families, and friends with their questions and concerns. She has been with Danbury Senior Living in Broadview Heights since its opening.

Danbury Senior Living Broadview Heights Donna Donna Lashaway,BA, ADC, Life Enrichment Director

Donna has worked in senior living for 22 years, 17 of which were dedicated to memory care. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, she received her Bachelors of Science degree with a major in Recreation. Donna has 19 years as Activity Director Certified and for the past 10 years she has served on the Board of Directors for both state and local Activity Associations. When asked about her career Donna said, “Working with elders has been an extremely rewarding journey. Being able to be a part of providing a great Quality of Life is so important and my true passion in this work. I love seeing each resident smile!”

Danbury Senior Living Broadview Heights Donna Beth Seese, RN, Director of Nursing

Beth is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience specializing in the provision of care and services to seniors. She attended Kent State University and University of New York State. She is a Certified Director of Nursing of Long Term Care and brings expertise in Dementia Care as well as Geriatric Nursing to the leadership team at Danbury. Beth readily conveys compassion and her love to educate resident families and friends as well as staff about Danbury Senior Living. “My goal in serving as the Director of Nursing is to support the quality of life, health and wellness of the residents who choose to call Danbury Broadview Heights their home.”

Danbury Senior Living Broadview Heights Tanya Tanya Aleshire-Liddy, CDM, CFPP, Business Office Manager

Tanya’s 15 years of senior living experience covers assisted living, long-term care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care. She enjoys listening to resident stories and watching their heart smile with memories. She looks forward to working with residents and their families as new stories are made at Danbury, and she and her reception staff are available to assist in answering questions as they arise.

Bryan has an extensive background in residential and long-term care maintenance and environmental services. He grew up in Strongsville and is a graduate of Polaris Career Center. Bryan enjoys working with the Danbury team; resident and family satisfaction is his priority. Bryan takes pride in keeping our Danbury community looking its best for residents, their families and friends, co-workers, and as a beacon for senior living in the community of Broadview Heights.
